Music is art - complex, beautiful, memorable - it is our universal language before we learn words as infants and after words elude us as seniors. But many community youth choirs cost hundreds of dollars to join, IF you pass your audition. This puts the experience out of reach for so many young people who would love to participate.
Our goal is to make this program free and accessible to all - with no fees or auditions required. To do that, we need your help as we launch and try to grow this program of choral singing, which brings so much joy and satisfaction. Starting from scratch and showing up every week to learn new music and rehearse, progressing from a group of strangers to a team in harmony, and then sharing the gift of your music with others - it lifts us all.

Make a gift of securities: Many people choose to make a charitable gift by transferring appreciated securities (stocks, mutual fund shares) rather than making a direct contribution of cash. The advantages are numerous:
If you donate stock that you have owned for more than a year and has increased in value, you can give more and it will cost you less because your charitable gift of long-term appreciated stock avoids capital gains tax.
